Our three orthotic insoles are designed to help with flat feet, plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, arch pain, overpronation, Achilles tendonitis, and general foot fatigue. Two of the insoles also support posture correction, which can help relieve knee, hip, and lower back strain.

How does the sizing work?

Choosing the right size with oh!pedics is simple! We recommend selecting your usual U.S. or Canadian shoe size.

If you typically wear a half size or have wider feet, it's best to go up a size. For example, if you usually wear a size 8.5, we suggest choosing a size 9 in oh!pedics.

If you know your precise measurement in inches, you can refer to our sizing chart, which shows measurements from heel to toe.

Our ballet flats are designed with a medium width for optimal comfort.

The 100% leather lining and upper help provide a comfortable, personalized fit, as the shoes mold to your feet and gradually stretch to accommodate your foot's width.

We recommend trying your oh!pedics in the comfort of your home, and if they don’t fit comfortably, our 30-Day Return & Exchange Guarantee is in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Are your flats wide or narrow?

They’re built on a “medium plus” last with a roomy toe box — designed to give your feet space to move without pressure.

What if my shoes don’t fit perfectly?

Our shoes are crafted using one last, ensuring consistent sizing across all orders. If your first pair doesn’t fit, you can exchange it, and you’ll never have to guess your size again!

All our ballet flats are handcrafted in Cali, Colombia by skilled artisans from our third-generation shoemaking family.

What is the bunion sleeve?

Each pair includes a discreet, built-in bunion sleeve designed to reduce friction and add comfort — noticeable only for those who need it.

What color options are available?

At oh!pedics, we offer a wide range of color options! You can find all the classic leathers in various earthy tones, along with popular colors such as black, navy, and red.

We also have metallic options like gold, silver, and bronze. Additionally, we occasionally feature seasonal colors, so be sure to check back for new arrivals!

Are there different styles of ballet flats?

At oh!pedics, our collection focuses on a single, semi-round toe shape, which was specifically chosen for its comfort and classy appearance.

After testing various shapes, we found this design to provide the most comfort for women experiencing foot pain. This allows us to ensure that every pair delivers the best possible fit and support.

Do you offer any customizations or different heel heights?

Currently, our oh!pedics ballet flats come with a fixed 1.1-inch heel height, which includes both the sole and the orthotic.

This design is specifically crafted to alleviate foot pain and provide optimal comfort. At this time, we do not offer other heel heights or customizations, as we believe this design best supports our commitment to comfort and style.

What is included with my purchase?

  • Complimentary Small Purse: Depending on availability, this may be a coin purse or a cosmetics purse made from leather off-cuts, supporting a social cause.

  • Adjustment Pads: Included are small adjustment pads that can be placed under the insoles for a snug fit around your toes, if needed.

Can I choose the orthotic based on my pain?

Yes! Each pair includes the orthotic you choose at checkout, based on your specific needs.

Ordering and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the USA, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • USA: Free shipping. Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days — we cover both ways.
  • Canada: $12 shipping via DHL or FedEx. All international sales are final — no returns or exchanges.
  • UK: $15 shipping via DHL. We declare each pair at ~£99 to help avoid VAT, but duties may still apply. No returns or exchanges.
  • Australia & New Zealand: $27 shipping via DHL Express. No returns or exchanges.

Please allow 10–20 days for delivery, which includes production, quality control, and transit.

How long does shipping take?

All our shoes are crafted to order with care — please allow 10–20 days total for delivery. This includes production, quality control, and transit.

  • USA orders are shipped from our Miami warehouse via UPS Ground or USPS.
  • International orders (Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand) ship from our workshop in Colombia via DHL or FedEx.

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your shoes leave our hands.

What is your return policy?

U.S. Orders:

We make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free! If your shoes are in original and unworn condition, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange — and we cover shipping both ways.

Exchanges:

We’ll send your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label.

You won’t be charged for the new item(s) as long as the original pair(s) and accessories are returned in good condition within 30 days.

Exchanges typically take 10 to 20 days.

Returns:

We’ll email you a prepaid return label.

Once your return is received and inspected at our Miami warehouse, your refund will be issued within 2–3 business days to your original payment method.

International Orders (Canada, UK, Australia & NZ):

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders at this time — all international sales are final.

How soon will I get a refund if I return my order?

What if I need to exchange for a different size or color?

If you need to exchange your oh!pedics shoes for a different size or color, it’s easy!

If you’re the original purchaser, we’ll ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label.

You won’t be charged for the new pair(s) as long as we receive the returned pair(s) and accessories in their original and unworn condition within 30 days.

Simply use the prepaid return label to send back the pair(s) you decide not to keep. The estimated time for an exchange is 10 to 20 days.

Yes — most pairs are crafted in small batches or finished to order. This ensures fresh quality but may take 10 to 20 days.

How do I care for my oh!pedics ballet flats?

To keep your oh!pedics ballet flats looking their best and to extend their lifespan, please follow these care instructions:

1. Cleaning:

  • Upper Leather: Wipe with a damp white cloth; avoid soaking.
  • Lining Leather: Use a soft, dry cloth. For stains, use a slightly damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

2. Drying: Allow your flats to air dry naturally. Do not use direct heat sources like hairdryers or radiators, as they can cause the leather to dry out and crack.

3. Orthotics: Clean removable orthotics with a damp cloth. They can be washed in extreme cases, but this may reduce their lifespan.

4. Water Exposure: Avoid exposing your flats to water. If they do get wet, pat them dry with a soft cloth and let them air dry completely before wearing again.

Can I clean the removable orthotics?

Yes, you can clean the removable orthotics from your oh!pedics ballet flats!

We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe them down. In extreme cases, they can be washed; however, please note that this may shorten the lifespan of the memory foam and the fabric that covers them.

For optimal maintenance, it's best to clean them gently and allow them to air dry completely before reinserting them into your flats.

Do your shoes require breaking in?

No — the soft leather lining and carefully designed last mean most customers enjoy comfort from day one.
