Returns & Exchanges
At oh!pedics, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free. If your oh!pedics shoes are in original and unworn condition, you have 30 days to return or exchange them, and we’ll cover the shipping both ways within the U.S.!
Exchanges:
- If you're the original purchaser, we’ll ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label.
- You won’t be charged for the new pair(s) as long as we receive the returned pair(s) and accessories in original and unworn condition within 30 days.
- Simply use the prepaid return label to send back the pair(s) you decide not to keep.
- Estimated time for an exchange is 10 to 20 days.
Returns:
- To initiate a return, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
- Send back your pair(s) and accessories using the prepaid label for a refund.
- Once your return is received and processed by our team at our Miami warehouse, a credit will be issued to the original form of payment. This process typically takes 2-3 days.
