Refund Policy

At oh!pedics, we strive to provide our customers with a delightful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free.

Returns:

You may return your oh!pedics shoes within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in original and unworn condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@ohpedics.com, and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Please note: Refunds are processed only after the returned package is confirmed as delivered to our warehouse by the shipping carrier and the item is inspected to be in original and unworn condition.

Once we receive and process your returned pair(s) at our Miami warehouse, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. This process typically takes 2–3 business days.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase.
Consistent Sizing Promise: Once you find your size with oh!pedics, it stays the same for all future orders. Exchange your first pair if needed—after that, your fit is guaranteed!

Please reach out to our customer service to request a new pair. We will ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label for the original pair.
You will not be charged for the new pair(s) as long as we receive the returned pair(s) in original and unworn condition within the 30-day period.

Shipping Fees:

We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the U.S. However, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
