Refund Policy

At oh!pedics, we strive to provide our customers with a delightful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free.

Returns:

  • You may return your oh!pedics shoes within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided they are in original and unworn condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at customerservice@ohpedics.com, and we will send you a prepaid return label.
  • Once we receive and process your returned pair(s) at our Miami warehouse, a credit will be issued to your original payment method. This process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Exchanges:

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, you can do so within 30 days of your purchase.
  • Consistent Sizing Promise: Once you find your size with oh!pedics, it stays the same for all future orders. Exchange your first pair if needed—after that, your fit is guaranteed!
  • Please reach out to our customer service to request a new pair. We will ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label for the original pair.
  • You will not be charged for the new pair(s) as long as we receive the returned pair(s) in original and unworn condition within the 30-day period.

Shipping Fees:

  • We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges within the U.S. However, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
