Shipping & Delivery
All our shoes are crafted to order with exceptional attention to comfort and detail. Depending on where you live, your order will ship from one of two locations:
- USA orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida
- All other countries are shipped from our workshop in Colombia
Please allow up to 10–20 days total for delivery, which includes time for production, quality control, and international transit.
🇺🇸 United States
- Delivery time: 10–20 days
- Shipping: Free
- Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days. We cover round-trip shipping.
- Consistent sizing: You only need to exchange once — after that, your fit is guaranteed.
- Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shoes ship.
🇦🇺 Australia & 🇳🇿 New Zealand
- Delivery time: 10–20 business days
- Shipping: $27 USD flat rate via DHL Express
- Returns: Not accepted — all international sales are final
- Customs: No duties are expected, but any import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility
🇨🇦 Canada
- Delivery time: 10–20 business days
- Shipping: $12 USD via DHL or FedEx
- Returns: Not accepted — all international sales are final
- Customs: VAT or duties may be charged upon delivery
🇬🇧 United Kingdom
- Delivery time: 10–20 business days
- Shipping: $15 USD via DHL
- Returns: Not accepted — all international sales are final
- Customs: To help reduce unexpected fees, each pair is declared at approximately £99. This is below the VAT threshold, so most customers will not be charged extra. However, we cannot guarantee this, as final decisions are made by your local customs office.

- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our hands.
- We carefully pack every order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
- If your package is lost or damaged, contact us at customerservice@ohpedics.com so we can help resolve it.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, holidays, or customs.
