Shipping & Delivery

All our shoes are crafted to order with exceptional attention to comfort and detail. Depending on where you live, your order will ship from one of two locations:

  • USA orders are shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida
  • All other countries are shipped from our workshop in Colombia

Please allow up to 10–20 days total for delivery, which includes time for production, quality control, and international transit.

  • Returns & Exchanges: Accepted within 30 days. We cover round-trip shipping.
  • Consistent sizing: You only need to exchange once β€” after that, your fit is guaranteed.
  • Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your shoes ship.

  • Delivery time: 10–20 business days
  • Shipping: $27 USD flat rate via DHL Express
  • Returns: Not accepted β€” all international sales are final
  • Customs: No duties are expected, but any import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility

  • Shipping: $12 USD via DHL or FedEx

  • Customs: To help reduce unexpected fees, each pair is declared at approximately Β£99. This is below the VAT threshold, so most customers will not be charged extra. However, we cannot guarantee this, as final decisions are made by your local customs office.
