1. Processing Time

All orders are processed in our Miami warehouse. Since our shoes are crafted to order, please allow 3-5 business days for production and quality control before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer Standard Shipping for all orders. Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 days from the time the order is shipped. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

3. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S. No shipping fees will be added at checkout.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping, but we are exploring options for the future. Stay tuned for updates!

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress online.

6. Packaging

Your oh!pedics shoes will be carefully packed to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Our shoes are shipped in high-quality boxes designed to protect the product during transit.

8. Missing or Damaged Packages
