At oh!pedics, we believe women with foot pain deserve better—shoes designed to address common foot conditions while delivering timeless style and all-day comfort. As a third-generation shoemaking family, we combine decades of craftsmanship with modern comfort technology to create ballet flats designed to alleviate foot pain, correct posture, and boost confidence.
A Legacy of Craftsmanship
Our journey began in the 1950s when my grandfather, Moses Oszerowicz, moved from Israel to Colombia and started crafting quality leather shoes during the early days of the country’s leather industry. His dedication to superior craftsmanship was passed down to my parents, Pinjas and Frida, who founded the Danny brand in 1974 and expanded it into a successful chain of shoe shops.
In 2000, I took our family’s shoemaking legacy to Australia, launching Amada, a handmade leather shoe brand that grew to serve nearly 300 stores across Australia and New Zealand. After 15 successful years, I felt the calling to create something even more meaningful. In 2020, oh!pedics was born—with a mission to help women walk comfortably, free from foot pain, and full of confidence.

Each pair of oh!pedics ballet flats is handmade using over 20 precise steps to ensure optimal comfort and durability. We use premium, top-grain Italian leather for its breathability, softness, and durability. Our unique, irritation-free leather lining keeps feet dry and odor-free, while minimal seams ensure smooth comfort even for sensitive feet.
Our flats aren’t just stylish—they’re intentionally designed to support posture and ease pressure on your knees, hips, and back. Each pair features one of three removable orthotic insole options, each developed to help with common foot conditions like flat feet, plantar fasciitis, and heel spurs. While not a medical device, many women find our shoes provide meaningful relief from chronic discomfort and fatigue.
