At oh!pedics, we make returns and exchanges easy and hassle-free. If your oh!pedics shoes are in original and unworn condition, you have 30 days to return or exchange them, and we’ll cover the shipping both ways within the U.S.!

Exchanges:
- If you're the original purchaser, we’ll ship your new pair(s) along with a prepaid return label.
- You won’t be charged for the new pair(s) as long as we receive the returned pair(s) and accessories in original and unworn condition within 30 days.
- Simply use the prepaid return label to send back the pair(s) you decide not to keep.
- Estimated time for an exchange is 10 to 20 days.

Returns:
- To initiate a return, we’ll email you a prepaid return label.
- Send back your pair(s) and accessories using the prepaid label for a refund.

To keep your oh!pedics ballet flats looking their best and extending their lifespan, please follow these care instructions:

1. Cleaning:

• Upper Leather: Wipe with a damp white cloth. Avoid soaking the upper leather.
• Lining Leather: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the lining. For any stains, use a slightly damp white cloth and ensure to dry thoroughly.
• Leather with Printed or Metallic Designs: For these special leathers, use a soft, dry cloth to wipe clean. Avoid using any leather conditioner or cleaners as they may damage the finish.

2. Drying:

Allow your flats to air dry naturally. Do not use direct heat sources such as hairdryers, radiators, or direct sunlight, as they can cause the leather to dry out and crack.

3. Orthotics:

The removable orthotics can be cleaned with a damp cloth. In extreme cases, they can be washed, but this may shorten the life of the memory foam and the fabric that covers it.

4. Water Exposure:

Try to avoid exposing your flats to water. If they do get wet, pat them dry with a soft cloth and allow them to air dry completely before wearing again.
